This Sunday is Family Sunday!

This Sunday is Family Sunday at River City! In every month that has 5 Sundays, the 5th Sunday will be Family Sunday. That means that our Youth and Elementary School Departments will be joining us in service for a special time of worship and the word, designed to speak to the whole family (We will still have classes for ages 6 months to 3 years old in our nursery). 

I'm really excited about the message for this weekend! I'm going to have a group of kids help me bring an amazing Bible story to life and then I'll share some powerful truths that The Lord has laid on my heart. Please pray that the kids and I are on the same page or this might be more entertaining than any of us imagine!

As you know, for this first Family Sunday, we are going to have an all church pot luck dinner and baptism on the grounds right after the 11:00 AM service! It's been a while since we've done one of these and it's going to be a blast! This will be a great way to have some fun, share a meal, and celebrate new life in Christ! Take a moment and go to:
